You register for Dragon Empires Beta here.
In case you do not know all information about your computer that you need to know, a good way is to download Fresh Diagnose, a free diagnostic tool that will tell you (almost) all you need to know and more. After downoading the program, installing it and starting it, you can find the information on following places:

Operating System
Click the icon "Windows" and choose "Operating System" there. "OS Name" will tell you what you have.

Memory
Click the icon "Harware" and choose "Memory". Scroll down to "Memory Module" and look at "Installed Size" for the size, also scroll down to the "Memory Module" bellow, in case you have more than one installed. If you only have 1 installed, that is your memory size, if you have more than one, add the amount to get your memory amount.

Processor
Click on the icon "Hardware" and choose "Processor", "Frequency" will tell you the speed.

Graphics Card
Click on "Devices" and choose "Display Adapters", "Device Name" will have the information needed.

Graphic Card Memory
I have unfortunatly been unable to find a way to get that information from Fresh Diagnose.

What would make you a good beta tester?
Are you good on programming? Do you belong in a special group, that are still rare in MMORPG's? Do you have any special knowledge that might help you as a beta tester? Any reasons why you should be a beta tester you should write in here.

All other fields are rather self explanatory, so I will not bring them up here.
